Naturalesa dels productes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A <strong>FINEDUKA<\/strong> es comercialitzen principalment <strong>productes digitals descarregables<\/strong> (col\u00b7leccions, materials formatius, continguts educatius, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva pr\u00f2pia naturalesa, aquests productes <strong>no poden ser retornats un cop descarregats o accedits<\/strong>, d\u2019acord amb el que estableix l\u2019article 103.m del Reial decret legislatiu 1\/2007, que exclou el dret de desistiment en la prestaci\u00f3 de serveis o subministrament de contingut digital quan l\u2019execuci\u00f3 hagi comen\u00e7at amb el consentiment expr\u00e9s del consumidor.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Dret de desistiment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El client podr\u00e0 exercir el seu dret de desistiment <strong>\u00fanicament abans d\u2019accedir, descarregar o visualitzar<\/strong> el contingut adquirit. Un cop iniciat el proc\u00e9s de desc\u00e0rrega o acc\u00e9s al material, <strong>no s\u2019acceptaran cancel\u00b7lacions ni devolucions<\/strong>, excepte en els casos previstos al punt seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Reemborsaments per errors t\u00e8cnics o incid\u00e8ncies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>FINEDUKA podr\u00e0 realitzar un reemborsament total o parcial en els seg\u00fcents sup\u00f2sits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si s\u2019ha produ\u00eft un <strong>error t\u00e8cnic<\/strong> que impedeixi l\u2019acc\u00e9s al producte comprat i no es pugui solucionar en un termini raonable.<\/li>\n<li>Si, per un error en el sistema de pagament, s\u2019ha <strong>cobrat m\u00e9s d\u2019una vegada<\/strong> el mateix producte.<\/li>\n<li>Si el producte <strong>no correspon amb la descripci\u00f3<\/strong> oferida a la web per un error manifest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En aquests casos, el client haur\u00e0 de posar-se en contacte amb nosaltres en un termini m\u00e0xim de <strong>14 dies naturals<\/strong> des de la data de compra, enviant un correu electr\u00f2nic a <a href=\"mailto:info@fineduka.com\">info@fineduka.com<\/a>, indicant el n\u00famero de comanda i una descripci\u00f3 de la incid\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Procediment de reemborsament<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de rebre la sol\u00b7licitud i verificar el motiu, <strong>FINEDUKA<\/strong> procedir\u00e0 al reemborsament mitjan\u00e7ant el mateix m\u00e8tode de pagament utilitzat a la compra (targeta o Bizum).<\/p>\n<p>El reemborsament es far\u00e0 efectiu en un termini m\u00e0xim de <strong>10 dies h\u00e0bils<\/strong> des de la confirmaci\u00f3 de la devoluci\u00f3 o error.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>6. Productes en promoci\u00f3 o subscripci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les compres realitzades amb <strong>descomptes, promocions o cupons especials<\/strong> no seran reemborsables, excepte si es tracta d\u2019un error t\u00e8cnic.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas de <strong>subscripcions o accessos peri\u00f2dics<\/strong>, l\u2019usuari podr\u00e0 cancel\u00b7lar la seva renovaci\u00f3 futura, per\u00f2 no es retornaran els imports ja abonats.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7.
